The Eden Gin is the winter cousin to the Watervale Gin, and is inspired by the luscious, more full bodied Rieslings found in the Eden Valley, a sub region of the Barossa.

Inspired by the events of 1921, Australia’s first political assassination in the Gilbert Valley, and the rise of martinis in the USA.

There is little wine produced in the Gilbert Valley, but olives have been grown for many years. The Assassin Gin is a savoury gin that is based around olives and designed to have neat, with an aromatic tonic or in a dry martini.

The Gilbert Barrel Aged Gin is named after the Gilbert Valley where we are based. We crafted a gin that is perfect for barrel ageing, but the key is the barrel.  We use fresh, small, medium toasted American Oak barrels, similar to those used to make a fine bourbon, to infuse the gin with amber richness and flavour. Each batch has its own features, and hence each bottle has its own batch and bottle number - a handcrafted, whiskey drinker's gin.

The Masters Run is our Navy Strength Gin and celebrates James Masters whose pastoral run included much of the Gilbert Valley in the 1840s and 1850s.

Tasting notes include lime, orange rind, fennel fronds, pine needles and lemon zest.
