We are delighted to announce our second matched gin dinner, on this occasion with the team at Georges on Waymouth!
The chefs have developed a unique menu to match each of our 4 gins and we will be delighted to release our barrel-aged gin, the Gilbert! Named after the Gilbert Valley where we are based, the Gilbert has been aged in medium-toasted fresh American oak with a flavour profile encompassing orange, sweet spice, caramel, and vanilla- perfect neat or on the rocks!
